Shipping:
All shipping will be made via UPS Ground.  All ground shipments will be based on the overall dollar amount of your order as follows.

*Note: Extremely heavy, bulky, or special packaging requirements  (ie, monogram stemware) may incur additional charges.  You will be notified beforehand if this rare circumstance occurs. 

**Note: Charges for personalized engraving or embroidering will be  $4.95 per item.  

All orders require a minimum of at least 1-3 business days before shipping.  Business days are Monday thur Friday.  (saturday and Sunday do not count as business days).  If an order is placed after 4:00PM Central Standard Time, it will be considered placed the next business day.  For example, if you place an order  on Monday at 8:29PM - it is considered an order from Tuesday.

Time for Products to Ship
Shipping variations will occur because a non-personalized item might be available to ship within 48 hours, but an engraved or embroidered items may take up to two weeks.  If you order more than one item, your entire order will usually be shipped together.  If you need your non-personalized items right away please order these items separately from your personalized items.  Contact us for further information at customerservice@northernwisconsindestinationweddings.com.

Priority Rush and Next Day Shipments:
Because we understand that you may need your items sooner than the indicated timeframe, we offer Priority Rush for personalized items and/or next day shipping. If you are concerned that your order will not arrive in time for your wedding, please contact us so can work with you personally at order@northernwisconsindestinationweddings.com. 
**Please note: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.  Please provide us with a valid street address.

Payments:
We accept payments by credit cards only.  We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D's.

Damages:
We will replace any damaged or defective items that you recieve as long as Northern Wisconsin Destination Weddings has the items available.  If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for the damaged items.
*Please note, that all orders must be inspected, and all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours after the receipt of the shipment.

Shipping charges will only be refundable if:

-We made an error on your order
-There is damage to your order during shipping

Customer Privacy Policy:
If for any reason you’re not happy with anything you buy from us simply return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund (your choice).  No hassles, no restocking fee . . . just great customer service.   Personalized items can not be returned.  Please contact us at order@northernwisconsindestinationweddings.com for a RMA # and address for return items and you will need to include your name, address, telephone number, your invoice number, and the reason for the return. 

Information Sharing:
